Whether your a golfer, a triathlete, a jockey, a professional rugby player or a sports enthusiast, authentic Pilates will help you prepare for the season but will also extend your competitive life span. It will keep you ahead of the competition as a cross training method of choice while competing - with no extra stress on the joints. Manage your overly tight hip flexors, tight (should we use ‘tight’ again, another word maybe, how about ‘restricted’ hip flexors?) hamstrings and heavily taxed (you give tax refunds too??-Use another word maybe) back. Make classical Pilates your secret weapon to constantly progressing and upping (excelling at) your game.

Injuries, Recovery & Limitations

Athletes and dancers love it, as do seniors, women rebounding from pregnancy, people who are at various stages of physical rehabilitation, and people with certain limitations.

Pilates promotes evenly developed musculature by strengthening the core. It helps corrects muscle overuse and compensation. Weaker links are easier to address with Pilates, which corrects muscular imbalances.

Pilates exercises are also very adaptable for various injuries. The method can help you keep the body strong despite the injury and can aid in speeding up the recovery period. We are not a physiotherapy replacement. We are happy to work with you following your doctors recommendations.
